Naples-imported fried pizza in the Condesa-montanara, cornetto fritta, and aperitivo hour. Rita La Pizza Fritta brings authentic Neapolitan pizza fritta to a small, charming space on Zamora in the Condesa. The dough is made with flour imported from Naples, slow-fermented 48 hours, and fried in a traditional friggitrice also shipped from Italy. Two hero formats: the Montanara (fried then baked with fresh toppings) and the Pizza Fritta (sealed cornetto-style). Chef Luis Delgado's kitchen also turns out Italian salads, pasta, and proper Italian hero sandwiches. Aperitivo hours Thu-Sat with two wines and a montanara.
